Dear Mr. Duven,
Thank you for finally responding to my email. It is duly noted that you have not provided me with your phone number as I had previously requested in my email to you so that we might talk directly as adults about these issues rather than foolishly communicate by these lengthy email exchanges. Why the reluctance to speak with me? What is your fear?
You stated in your email response to me:
"Please be assured the FAA carefully reviewed the Hotline information you provided and concluded no further investigation into your allegations was warranted."
Please refer to the attached email that was sent to the FAA Administrator and FAA Hotline refuting most of your claims made in the attached 3-page memorandum that you authored. You obviously have not read this email...
...as you would clearly see that we do not agree with the FAA findings. More than ample information and evidence has been provided to the FAA to warrant further investigation into this case. Additional information will be forthcoming. Do not close this case.
The FAA has stonewalled me for ten months now and has been deceitful in their responses to me on numerous counts, and outright lied to me on others, an example being the reference to two whistleblower cases, EWB 18616 and WB 0979, one of which did not exist and the other being totally irrelevant to this case as determined by me by my FOIA request for these two reports.
The issue of whether or not the alleged Muslim hijackers were even qualified to pilot the 9/11 aircraft has not even been addressed yet. Why hasn't the FAA or competent legal authority contacted available highly qualified and experienced pilots to obtain their deposition regarding this issue?
It is our intent to address our concerns and objections to the Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg and the Department of Transportation Inspector General Erick Soskin and others while expressing our displeasure and disappointment with the FAA for their lackadaisical and deceitful responses to our allegations concerning the greatest crime ever committed on American soil in its history.
The bulk of the US populace no longer believe the official 9/11 story and, I suspect, neither do most of the employees of the FAA including yourself. For you to admit in agreement with our allegations that the uninterruptible autopilot was, in fact, employed on 9/11 would be in direct refutation of the official story and give cause for your termination by higher authority. It is a shame that Washington politicians and bureaucrats do not have the moral courage and fortitude to stand up and speak the truth. If they did, we would not be having this conversation.
Again, additional evidence, information, and testimony will be forthcoming. Do not close this case.
